Short run production tooling is intended to get part production underway quickly for "one off" or a limited production run. Long Run production tooling produces rigid and durable FRP molds with a high gloss tooling gelcoat finish.
Prototyping and "Turn Key" Production Systems
Bayview Edison will produce prototypes, "one offs" or full production of FRP parts and assemblies for its customers from tooling it creates. In addition, Bayview Edison can establish a complete "turn key" production system and transfer that system to our customer's production facility.
